Approve the rollout
Board green-lights the hub. We build the first version with you and get sign-off before clubs go live.

Confirm every team and division for the season so club pages and standings boards match the real league.

Share public GameChanger team links
Managers submit each club’s public GC link for streams and scoreboards, and add info@diamondleaguedesk.com as Team Staff so the desk can use official Export stats.

Staff + official CSV import
Add info@diamondleaguedesk.com as Team Staff. After games, export stats in GC and upload the CSV (manager or commissioner). The hub ingests automatically. GameChanger does not allow a bot to click Export for every club.

Season goes live
Schedule, standings, results, and morning-after leaders are on the hub for managers and fans.

Pay team fees within 14 days
League collects from clubs and remits the per-team season fee to Diamond League Desk no later than 14 days after the season starts. Hosting and maintenance are included.
