How Single and upgrades bill
- Single: club pays the season / league per-team fee only ($119 for LISM Spring over-50). Single is included — no separate package line.
- Pre-season Double / Triple / Homerun: the package fee encapsulates the league per-team season fee. Club pays one fee = package price only ($199 / $399 / $795) — never season fee + package.
- Mid-season after already on Single (season fee paid): charge the upgrade package on top ($199 / $399 / $795 due now).
